Album Filter

The Album Filter enables you to filter the contents in the Album view, allowing only albums that meet certain criteria to be shown.

Using the Album Filter

Show the Album Filter using by clicking the View > Album Filter option from the main menu.
Optionally select Collection and/or Volume from the Collection drop down list.
Select a field to filter on from the Filter drop down list.
Specify the filter details in the Arguments fields.
Click the Apply button to apply the filter.

Note:

Click the Reset button to reset the filter to show all albums.

Using stored queries in the Album Filter

Click the Advanced... button to load a stored Advanced Query, created in the Query Editor.

Advanced Queries extend your filtering possibilities since it is much more flexible when it comes to what and how many fields should be used for filtering.

To apply the filter, click the Apply button. If you want to edit or load a new Advanced Query, click the Edit... button to open the Query Editor with the active query.

Click the Reset button to revert the filter back to normal mode.

Note:

You can also right click anywhere in the Album Filter pane to get instant access to the previously stored queries.
