The Album Thumbnails mode lets you browse your albums as small thumbnail representations.
Switch to the thumbnail mode by selecting either View > Panes > Content Pane > Album Thumbnails from the main menu or by clicking the Album Thumbnails button on Navigation Bar.
Any previously listed items in the content pane will now be shown as album thumbnails.
The albums' thumbnails are shown together with a release type icon, a rating, as well as a caption displaying the album's name and theartist that has produced it. You can adjust the size of the thumbnails by right clicking in the thumbnail view and select Thumbnail Size and one of the sizes from its submenu. The following thumbnails sizes are available:
128*128 pixels
96*96 pixels
64*64 pixels
If you right click an album the common album context menu is shown.
This context menu contains a few functions specific to the Album Thumbnails Content View - see the last entry Album Thumbnails tools which is described below:
Helium Music Manager enables you to group the albums, shown in thumbnail mode, in several different ways.
Grouping is very useful when you need to browse/work with only a subset of the resulting albums, but still need to keep the entire contents visible.
Each group can be collapsed and expanded by simply clicking the (+) or (-) button to the left of the group caption.
