Audio analyser
The Audio analyzer in Helium Music Manager is used for checking the quality of your MP3 and FLAC files. It can identify and repair broken MP3 and FLAC files (repairing is only available for MP3 files).
The Audio analyzer will automatically scan all selected files on start-up. When the analysis is done, the items in the file list will have their background color set according to the calculated quality;
Files without errors will be shown with a light green background. Files with errors will be shown with a light red background.
To correct errors for a file, simply select the file and click the Fix errors button on the toolbar.
The tool allows you to easily play a selected file from the list which can be useful when trying to listen to errors detected by the Audio analyzer.
To view Details about errors and other related information and also Bitrate Distribution, enable the Details pane by clicking the rightmost button on the toolbar.
