Convert to Format

The Convert To Format tool is a tool which enables you to convert digital music of any format that is supported by Helium Music Manager to:

Using the Convert To Format tool

Select the file/files from the Track List that you want to convert to a specific format .
Click on Tools > Convert to menu option and select the format you want to convert the selected files to.
Adjust the Conversion Options to fit your needs. Click here to read more about the formats specific options.
Select where the converted Output Files should be stored;

Same folder as Original stores the files into the same folder as the source (selected) files, but with a file extension dependant on the format selected in step 2.

Custom Folder enables you to store the converted files into a custom folder, specified by clicking the Browse... button.
Check mark Add the output files to the Library to automatically add the converted files to your database.
Check mark Delete Source files after conversion to delete the source files when the conversion is complete.
Click OK to start the conversion

Both the audio-data and the meta-data (tags) will be converted from the source files to the destination files during this process.
