Copy Tags

The Copy Tags function enables you to copy information between the ID3v1.1 and ID3v2.x tags in order to keep both tags up-to-date and consistent with the correct information.

Using the Copy Tags function

1. Select the files you want to alter from the track list.
2. Click Edit > Advanced > Copy Tags from the main menu and select either Copy ID3v1 to ID3v2 or Copy ID3v2 to ID3v1.

Note:

• If you want to copy or move information between individual field, take a look at the Action Manager.
