Erase rewriteable disc

The erase rewriteable disc tool is used when you want to erase the contents of a CD-RW/CD+RW/DVD-RW or DVD+RW disc.

Erasing the contents of a disc:

Select the erase mode from the radio buttons, Fast erase or Full erase. In most situations, fast erase is preferred.
Select the erasing speed from, the Erasing Speed drop-down control
Check mark Eject disc after erasing to eject the disc when the erasing operation is completed.
Click the Erase button to erase the disc.
