Just wanted to know, what everybody's using. post here your tools.

here's mine:

Ripping/Recording: EAC and AudioGrabber
Encoding: Lame
Tagging: Helium2
Playing: Winamp 2.91 and Winamp 5
Trimming/Cutting: mp3Trim
Volume changing: MP3Gain
Mixing: Traktor DJ Studio Version 1
Creating music: FruityLoops Studio

ripping - CDex
recording - audacity
tagging - something i'm not allowed to mention on this forum and helium
playing - helium/radon suite
volume - mp3gain as well
mp3 transfers - bundled creative mediasource, but soon i think i will by notmad explorer, quite a good product
be different like everyone else

Ripping/recording: iTunes / EAC
Encoding: iTunes / Lame
Tagging: iTunes / Tag&Rename / Helium2
Playing: Radon / iTunes / WMP 9
Volume changing: iTunes
Recording & Editing: CoolEdit 2000 / Audition 1.0
Writing Audio CDs: Nero 6

Ripping/Recording: EAC only Software wich uses "Secure Mode"
Encoding: Musepack, Ogg-Vorbis, Flac, Monkey's Audio,
Tagging: using EAC and Foobar2000 Masstagger
Playing: mainly Foobar2000
Trimming/Cutting: no use for it
Volume changing: Foobar2000 Album Replaygain
Wav Editor: Audacity
