Browsing albums and releases

Overview

To browse the contents for an album/release, either locate the specific release using the search in The Left Sidebar or navigate to it using any link you may have found. You can also use the search toolbar to locate a specific album/release.

The album/release page shown, contains all collected information for a specific album/release, such as: the album/release picture, the release year, the release type, the publisher, the total length of the album/release, the average rating of the album/release, as well as a list of all genres contained for the tracks of the album/release.

Updating the album/release review

This page also shows a review which can be edited by clicking the "Edit Album Review" link.
The editor that is shown works in the same way as the artist/group editor, including full support for internal links and downloading using plug-ins.

Track list

Just below the review is the track listing for the album/release.
The track listing displays all tracks from the album/release.
The tracks are grouped by CD number (if the album/release is contained on more than one CD).
You can replay each track by clicking the arrow icon located to the left of each track number. This icon is only displayed if the track is available.

To replay the entire album/release, simply click the Play Album link located at the bottom of the page.
If you want to edit the tags for all tracks in the album/release, either click the Edit Album Tags link or click "Edit | Edit Album Tags".
