Working with the Artist Browser

Introduction

The Artist Browser is a browser view in Helium Music Manager which allows you to browse all artists contained in your collection. Each artist will be shown with a picture as well as artist related information such as the artist name, home country, formed/disbanded years and much more.

You will be able to expand each artist item in the list to see all releases that this specific artists is involved into. The releases is grouped on Release Type and Album.

Just as in the Album Browser, you can multi-select artist to view change information for the artists, such as release type or to enqueue/play all entries from these artists.

You also have the full capability to update the artist pictures including downloading multiple pictures using the available plug-ins.

Filtering Artists

Just as in the Music Library or the Album Browser, the Artist Browser comes with a filter control located above the artist list.

Use this filter control to filter out (hide) artists that you are currently not interested in.
