Album Pictures Panel
Introduction to the Album Pictures panel
The Album Pictures panel shows attached pictures for the file selected
in the
Track List. If the files contains
pictures attached in the tags, these will be show, otherwise the original
album picture will be shown. If the original album picture is unavailable,
Helium Music Managers thumbnailed version will be shown.
The
Album Pictures panel can also display the current album image for the
file that is currently being played.
When
displaying a file with attached pictures you can quickly choose which
picture that should be displayed from the context menu, if the file contains
multiple attached pictures.
The
Album Pictures panel will by default be located below the
Left
Sidebar, but the panel can be drag and docked to other positions.
Using the Album Pictures panel
Hide or Show the Album Pictures panel from
"View
| Album Pictures" from the
Main Menu.
The
context menu (available when right clicking the picture area in the Album
Pictures panel) contains the following entries:
- Attached Pictures
(Selected File)
When selected, the Attached Pictures panel will display attached pictures
for the file currently selected in the Track List. This option is default.
- Now Playing Picture
When selected, the Attached Pictures panel will display the album image
of the file that's currently being played (if any). If the file that is
being played does not contain attached pictures, Helium Music Manager
will display the original album picture, but if that file is not available,
Helium Music Managers thumbnail representation will be displayed.
- <List of attached
pictures>
If the selected file contains multiple attached picture, each picture
will be listed as a separate entry with it's description and picture type.
Clicking a entry will display that attached image.
- View/Manage Attached
Pictures
This will open the File
Properties tool, which allows you to manage the attached pictures
of the selected file.
- View Original Picture
This function will allow you to view the original image in full-size.
