Import Playlists

The Import Playlist tool helps you to create playlists in Helium Music Manager from existing playlists created with external applications.

The Import Playlist tool can import several playlists at once. It can import playlists of the types M3U and PLS.

Start the Import Playlist tool from Playlists > Import Playlists...

To add one or more specific playlists, click the Add Files button and select the playlists you would like to import.
To add one or more playlists from a entire folder and/or harddrive, use the Add Folders button and select the folder you would like to add.
This folder will be scanned recursively for PLS and M3U playlists.
When you have selected all playlists you would like to import, press the OK button.
All tracks that can be located in the playlists will now be imported to your active Helium Music Manager database and the tracks that do not already exist in the database will be automatically added.
