Customer Center - Request serial/password

Send my password button to receive your password
to the Customer Center.
If you have not yet set a password for the Customer Center, your current license key for Helium Music Manager will be sent.
You may use this license key to log in to the Customer Center until you have set a personal password.

To be able to access the Customer Center you will need to enable cookies (at least for our site).
We do not use regular cookies but so called session cookies (which only lasts while you are logged in
to the Customer Center, and ends when you close your web browser).
If you are using Internet Explorer, please review your settings under the TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS menu
under the PRIVACY tab. Please make sure that helium-music-manager.com is not in your deny (or block) list (click the EDIT button
under WEB SITES). Also make sure that you are not blocking all cookies (click the ADVANCED button).
Now you should be able to log in using your e-mail address and serial number.
