Select active editing fields

The fields in the Tag Editor can be configured to show the specific tag information you are interested in. You can create multiple templates which you can easily switch between.

Configuring the active Tag Editor fields in Helium Music Manager

To configure the active Tag Editor fields , follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Advanced > Columns > Customize... from the main menu.

    Select Active Edit Fields
  2. Select the fields that you would like to see in the Tag Editor by selecting the check boxes in the list.
  3. To change the order of the fields, you can select one or more fields and move them up or down by clicking the Move Up or Move Down buttons. You can also move the selected fields to a new position by using drag 'n' drop. To do this, click a fields in the list, hold down the mouse button and drag it to the new location and release the mouse button.
  4. Optionally select fields and set their width in the box above the field list.
  5. Click OK to accept the changes made to the fields.

Note:

  • Click the Select All or Clear Selection buttons to select all fields or none.
  • Click the Load button to load a stored set of fields from a stored template
  • Click the Save button to save the current field layout as a template
  • You can quickly access your stored field templates from the Advanced > Columns menu
