Are their other people who have problems with exporting the player data? When I try to export "all files" then I got an error "out of memory" after a while... That's a huge problem to backup my player data... I got a 100k+ database with SQL Server Express.
I get the same error using Helium Music Manager 8 Network with a MySQL database on Windows 7. I was watching the free memory and it never got below 3Gig, nevertheless I still get the "Out of Memory" error whenever I try to make a backup of Helium
From experience of supporting other products I would be fairly confident that the "out of memory" error has nothing what so ever to do with physical memory or virtual memory or anything similar. It probably comes down to an internal structure or some other programming nuance that just falls short. Can I suggest you open an ticket with the customer center and let the developers take a look?
