    General
    This forum is intended for discussions of potential bugs and solutions, mainly between users and users.

    Please make sure that you are using the most recent versino of Helium Music Manager before reporting problems.

    If you have problems which you need to solve with the help of Intermedia Software, please contact our support directly. (See links below).

    Users of the free version should report issues through:

    Owners of the Premium or Network versions, please use the issue tracking system in the program (found under the Help menu) or report from within the Customer Center:
    http://www.helium-music-manager.com/customer-center

    This will ensure that you get prioritized support as well as proper follow-ups for your reports.
    Please include as much reproduction information as possible in your report. That will help us being able to solve your specific problem quicker.

    License key / Customer Center login problems
    If you have questions regarding your account (e.g. login to the Customer Center does not work and similar problems), please contact us using the links above. We cannot help you with lost license details or similar issues in these forums.

    Reporting/Posting
    If you post about a problem related to Helium Music Manager; please make sure you check the following beforehand:
    • Search before posting a new thread. It is always better to post in an existing thread and in the best case your problem may already been solved
    • Helium Music Manager version including the build number (found in Help > About)
    • Windows version
    • Database type (Microsoft SQL Server Compact is standard unless you have selected something else)
